Tell the Wyoming Congressional Delegation to Vote No on the SAVE Act!
It’s time for action, fellow Wyomingites! While we were able to kill several election bills on introduction this 2026 session, the trend of controlling how elections are run and who can vote continues. Rest assured that the League of Women Voters of Wyoming will not stop monitoring and keeping track of future legislative sessions and election bills that are put forth in the name of “Election Integrity,” but instead make it harder for eligible, hardworking Wyoming people.
Legislators at the Federal level are also getting in on the act. The SAVE America Act, passed by the U.S. House of Representatives on February 11,2026, includes both documentary proof of citizenship and a requirement that voters provide a photo ID in order to vote.
